PDF Editor

Add custom text to any page of a PDF document.

Upload a PDF, type the text you want to add, choose the page and position, and download the annotated PDF.

Add stamps, annotations, dates, or notes to any page of a PDF without needing a full desktop editor. Useful for adding labels like "DRAFT", "APPROVED", "CONFIDENTIAL", or any short text annotation.

Text is rendered in Helvetica using pdf-lib and embedded into the PDF page at the coordinates you specify. Position (0, 0) is the bottom-left corner of the page, and values increase upward and to the right.

For multi-line text or layout-sensitive placement, run the tool multiple times — once per text block — saving the result from each pass as your working document before the next addition.

How to use PDF Editor

  1. Step 1: Upload your PDF.
  2. Step 2: Type the text you want to add, then set the page number, X position, Y position, and font size in the options panel.
  3. Step 3: Click "Convert now" and download the annotated PDF with your text embedded at the exact position you specified.
